i have no skill or talent at all in drawing, but this is still interesting. the tutorials you do are easy enough for even someone like me to understand. you're doing some really good stuff here.

Thank you so much! Ah, that's so awesome to hear, I've created these to hopefully work for all skill levels, from beginners to pros, so this is wonderful feedback. Drawing should be a fun, accessible learning experience, I hope these tutorials may even encourage you to draw more too! Huge thanks for this great comment, so appreciated!

It is quite an accomplishment, to take something as commonplace as this and make it great and beautiful. Great work.

is the little details that make these tutorials priceless. just saying "Imbue them with personality" gave me a ne way to approach cables that sometimes are so dull.
Thanks again!

Thanks pal! Yes, every item has an inherent set of personalities that you can bring out when you draw them, these tutorials are all about understanding what those personalities are, and how best to exaggerate them with your lines. So glad it's helping make seemingly dull subjects a bit more inspirational!

Awesome! :) Yes, and this idea can be applied to all things - using the seams on clothing to better describe the body shape is a very good one. Wherever possible it's useful to get some lines running over your forms, as it gives them so much more shape and depth. So glad it was useful, lots more to come every week, and a book of them coming early 2018 :)
